Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place orders or purchase the Vendor Package.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.

Vendor Package

The $250 Vendor Package grants lifetime access to the private catalog and reseller pricing for the original purchaser only. Access may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

Prohibited use

You may not use RMZKICKZ to purchase products for illegal resale, reverse-engineer our catalog, or scrape the site. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.

Limitation of liability

RMZKICKZ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RMZKICKZ operates. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration.
