Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Vendor package activations are instant.

Domestic shipping (US)

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days via UPS or USPS. Express delivery: 1–2 business days via UPS Next Day Air. All orders include tracking and insurance.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery ranges from 5–14 business days depending on region and customs. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, contact Rmzkickz@gmail.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
