Not the right fit? You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and dust bags intact. Sole scuffs, box damage, or missing accessories may reduce your refund.

How to start a return

Email Rmzkickz@gmail.com with your order number. We'll respond with a prepaid return label within one business day.

Refund timing

Once your return is inspected (usually within 48 hours of arrival), your refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank posting can take an additional 3–5 business days.

Non-returnable

The Vendor Package is a digital access product and is non-refundable once activated. Custom orders and clearance items are final sale.
