Every pair is a 1:1 build inspected against reference specs before shipping. If your pair doesn't match the quality standard shown on site, we'll make it right.
2. Delivery guarantee
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund at your choice.
3. Condition guarantee
Every pair is inspected and photographed before shipping. If the item you receive does not match its listing, you're covered.
How to file a claim
Email Rmzkickz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Claims are resolved within 3 business days.
